What is the standard check-in time? How do I check-in?

The check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Please review the details in the email sent by us.
If you use the parking lot, you better call us (0877-85-3533) after you arrive at JR Kotohira Station.
We would guide you to the parking location since it’s difficult to find.

What is the standard check-out time? How do I check-out?

Check-out is possible anytime before 10:00 AM.
To complete the check-out process, return the key to the post next to the entrance.

How do I book accommodation?

Please make a reservation through the reservation page or call us at 0877-85-3533.

How many guests per room can stay at maximum?

Usu and Maru: Up to 10 guests
Hana: Up to 8 guests

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

No-show (without notice): 100% of the accommodation fee
On the day of arrival: 100%
1 day prior to arrival: 80%
7 days prior to arrival: 50%
14 days prior to arrival: 30%

The cancellation policy may vary depending on the stay date.
Can I change the number of guests after booking?

Please inform us by call or email.

Can I cook at the inn?

We have basic cookware and seasonings available, so it is possible to cook simple meals.
However, please refrain from cooking dishes that leave a strong odor, such as barbecue.

Can we have a barbecue in the garden?

Barbecues are not allowed.

Do you have a parking lot? How many cars can be parked?

Generally, it is possible to park up to 2 cars.
Depending on availability, if you need to park more than that, we can guide you to a nearby coin parking lot.

Is it close to the train station?
It is about 1-minute walk from JR Kotohira Station and Kotoden Kotohira Station.

Can I leave my luggage at the inn?

Yes. Please inform us in advance.
However, you cannot leave any valuables.

What amenities are provided?

We provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, body sponges, razors, and gargle cups. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are also available. Additionally, we offer face towels, bath towels, bath mats, and yukatas. For beverages, we provide coffee, tea, and mineral water.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility.

Can pets stay with guests?
Pets are allowed in Konpira Machiya Maru [Annex] and Konpira Machiya Hana [New Building].
Please be sure to make your reservation through the Pet Plan.
What if I accidentally damage the building or items?

Please be aware that regardless of intent or negligence, the cost of any damage caused by guests will be charged.

Payment is required at check-in. We accept cash, QR code payments, credit cards (including contactless payment), and electronic money.
